Return Process

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective films and tags are intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package at a designated carrier drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed within 14 days.
